Welcome back to class for the Winter 2014 semester. Natasha and I would like to bring you the events and dates for the rest of the semester. Be sure to mark them on your calendar! Attending events that are planned and provided for you by ADCSA Social Reps are opportunities to build the ADC community and take a much needed break from your studies.

ADC Kitchen Party - Jan 17th, 5:30 - 8:30pm at Christoph's place. Open to all students, staff, faculty, and friends. Please bring finger foods to share. Bring along your favourite board game, guitar, or just yourself and enjoy a great night out.
Super Bowl Party - Sun. Feb 2. - At Keith Blair's! Starts at 5:30pm, kick off is 6:18pm. It will be a potluck type deal, so please bring your favourite dish, dessert, or favourite Super Bowl food to share! This will be in place of our February ADC Kitchen Party. 13 Summer Street, Wolfville.
Simpson Week Potluck - Monday, Feb 10th, 5pm in the Student Lounge. During Hayward week we started off with a potluck attended by students, staff, and faculty. It is a great way to start the week off together and enjoy fellowship, especially with those we do not see on a regular basis on campus. Please bring a dish to share. A reminder that we do not have a stove.
Simpson Week Lectures - Feb 10 - 14. "The Character of Preaching" with Prof. Scot Gibson. As many of us are studying to minister in churches, be sure to check out the Simpson Lectures. There are also workshops during the day if you are not taking a course. You can check it out and register on the ADC website.
Reading Week - Feb 17 - 21. Enjoy the week off OR a week of class!
Pancake Lunch - Tues. Mar 4. Student Lounge. Join us for a delicious pancake lunch and reflection on Lent. Free!
ADC Kitchen Party - Fri., March 7 - Hosted by Dr. Anna Robbins. All welcome!
Experience AcadiaDiv - March 11. If you know someone who might be interested in attending Seminary be sure to tell them about ADC and invited them to come experience a bit of our world!
Spring Social - April 11. A great way to end the year together! Natasha and I are working hard on getting a location and making this night a great one! The date won't change, so be sure to put it in your calendar so you are free to join us!
Last Day of Class - April 15 - The day we all panic realizing that in a week everything needs to be handed in!
Last Day of Exams - April 23 - The day everything needs to be handed in!

On behalf of the ADCSA we would like you to know that we are praying for you as you enter a new semester. For some it is your second semester of your program and for others it is your last.
